Fighting Kite (pages 1-6)

Here is the front matter of Fighting Kite. These are facsimile pages that resemble the layout but may not be exactly the same. For example, the text font in the book is Bauer Bodoni, but I am using Blogger's default serif font instead. I do love the display font designer Sally Kueker used for titles — HansHand — and so I am reproducing that font in this serialization. Just a little background on her: when I was Editor of the North American Review, Sally worked there doing layout while she was a student. She already had substantial experience at that point with graphic design. As you can see, I'm sure, with her design work on the cover and the interior pages.
